Message: Dr. Wong answered all of my questions, of which there were many! I appreciated her going into detail as well and not discouraging me from asking all these questions. I like to know the "whys", so I really appreciated when she explained not only what to do, but why these best practices were good for me. No other optometrist has provided that kind of information to me. Not to say she will always go so in-depth; if you just want to get your exam over with, then that's that. I just had more questions, and she indulged me. Very knowledgeable and professional.
